FOR THE 182ND FIGHTER WING, GREATER PEORIA REGIONAL AIRPORT, PEORIA,

qualifications must submit their SF 254 and SF 255 no later than 30
calendar days from the date of publication to the 182nd Airlift Wing,
Attn: 1Lt. Craig Rezac, Illinois Air National Guard, 2420 West Loop
Road, Peoria, Illinois 61607-5012. Services will be provided on an as
required basis with the limitations that no individual delivery order
shall exceed $150,000 and the total cumulative dollar value of all
delivery orders under this contract shall not exceed $750,000 for the
base year and $750,000 for the option year. The total value of the
contract for the two (2) year period shall not exceed $1,500,000. Work
includes Type A, B, and C Services to conduct field surveys and fact
finding investigations, to provide pertinent design data and
information including coordination with user and reviewing authorities
to produce complete designs including concepts, preliminary and final
drawings and specifications, cost estimates, construction inspection,
and shop drawing reviews. Significant evaluation criteria in
descending order of importance are: 1. Professional qualifications of
the A/E firm with respect to performance on Department of Defense
contracts. 2. Location of the firm within a 25 mile radius of Peoria
Airport, Peoria, Illinois. 3. Capacity to accomplish designs within the
required time. 4. Past performance on contracts with government
agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work
and compliance with performance schedules. 5. Specialized experience
and technical competence in the type of work required. 6. Volume of
work previously awarded to the firm by the Department of Defense. The
contract shall be for a one year period with one option year, with the
same requirements as the original contract. The Government's
obligation for performance of this contract is contingent upon the
availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract
purposes can be made. This project will be open to both large and small
business, but the National Guard welcomes small disadvantaged business
firms, women-owned business firms and firms that have not had prior
