The U.S. Department of the Interior is planning a Radio Telecommunications Workshop for up to 200 attendees during the week of April 8-12, 1996, in Denver, Colorado. Approximately 22 vendors will be invited to display their products and will be selected for display in the following categories: (1) Analog Narrowband Radio Equipment in all appropriate bands in accordance with APCO 25 standards; (2) Digital Narrowband Radio Equipment in all appropriate bands in accordance with APCO 25 standards; (3) Radio Propagation Software; (4) Antenna Support Structures and Hardware; (5) Radio Peripheral Equipment; (6) Satellite (MRSAT) Technology and Equipment; (7) Hydromet (ALERT) Water Quality and Precipitation Narrowband Equipment and Electronics. A corporate administrative fee (CAF) of $300 will be charged for each company selected. The CAF includes admission for one representative to manage the company's display and the fee charged by the hotel for use of space. Displays will be chosen to obtain a wide variety of products/services. Companies wishing to participate should send a one page letter of interest, on company letterhead, that generally describes the display and briefly describes their product and/or services. Additional information may be requested of selected companies at the time of selection if needed for clarification.
