D -- TECHTRACS DEVELOPMENT MAINTENANCE AND CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT SOL RPF10-96-0003 DUE 022996 POC Joyce Beeson, Contracting Officer, OP-MSO-A, 407-867-2309. NASA/KSC intends to contract for continued development of the TechTracS System. The work is to be performed on a level-of-effort basis and will entail the following functions: (A) consolidate and integrate the TechTracS interface between all NASA participants.(B) custom report/metrics capabilities(C)day to day maintenance and configuration support for NASA Headquarters, KSC, and nine other NASA Field Centers. The period of performance will be 1 year basic period and four 1 year options. Incremental options for increased support effort within each period will also be included. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with RTI on a sole source basis.
