Title and number of pages of the notified document: Establishment of ``The Ordinance for Stipulating the Standard System on Transmission for Terrestrial Television/Data Multiplex Broadcasting'' and ``Standard Concerning the Constitution of Data Signals and the Scope of Scrambling and the Control of Scrambling'' (available in English, 2 pages). 6. Description of content: To establish technical regulations on terrestrial data broadcasting by vertical blanking interval. 7.
