Performance shall be on an ''as required'' basis for the period 1 April 1996 through 31 May 1997, with two one-year option periods that the Government may exercise in accordance with the contract terms. The estimated quantity for each period is 5,000 tons. The contract will also contain the ''Option to Extend Services'' clause which permits the Government to extend services up to an additional six (6) months within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract.
