Tasks include: inspection, sharpening, sanding of wooden handles, packaging of tools in government provided fiberboard cartons. Tools consist of: shovels, axes, mcleods, pulaskis, and combitools. Contractor will perform service off site. Approximate start date is 05/20/96. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns.
