WILSON, 805-982-5075, Naval Construction Battalion Center, Code 2722, 1000 23rd Ave., Bldg 41, Port Hueneme, CA 93043 Services to provide project criteria documentation for the Shore Installation Facilities Planning and Programming System, Master Development Planning, Special Projects, Design Manuals, Engineering Design Support and Data Base Management, incidental to the above projects, for the Public Works Department at the Naval Air Weapons Station, Pt. Mugu, CA. Projects to include, but not be limited to the following: preparation/modification of Engineering Packages and reports, engineering record drawings, guide specifications and design contract packages; facility condition inspection, assessment and reporting; update AutoCAD drawing files and MAPINFO to reflect changes to facilities, structures, utilities and planimentary features; conduct space utilization surveys and reports; perform surveying services and prepare reorts; provide environmental services to update and prepare reports and plans such as Spill Prevention, Hazardous Spill Prevention, Control and Counter-measures, Spill Contingency Plan and Hazardous Waste Management Plan; comprehensive utility monitoring and reporting and energy surveys; and utility record drawings and reports utilizing the Public Works Utilities Geo- graphical Information System (GIS) and Tri Service Spatial Data Standard. The contract will be for a period of one year, with four one year options, and a level of effort of 49,810 labor hours per year. These services are required at Pt. Mugu, CA. This RFP will be issued on or about February 9, 1996 with an estimated closing date of March 12, 1996.
