This is a follow-on effort to contract N00421-92-C-0087. The period of performance is base year commencing Oct 1, 1996, plus three one year options. The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside under the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 8744 with a small business size standard of $5.0 million.
