Nonpersonal services to provide Combat Air Forces with aircrew and courseware development for the B-1B and B-52H aircraft. The training will consist of academic and ground device training for B-1B and B-52H aircrew members. Dyess AFB, TX is the place of performance for all academic training and courseware development for the B-1B aircraft. Barksdale AFB, LA is the place of performance for all academic training and courseware development for the B-52H aircraft. The successful offeror will assume full training and courseware commitments for the basic contract year on 01 January 1997. Any required phase-in will be accomplished prior to 01 January 1997. Four one-year options are planned for the period beginning 01 October 1997 and ending 30 September 2001. The solicitation will be issued on or after 26 March 1996.
