Myer Military Military Commmunity, DOC, C-Div., at Ft. Myer proposes to rent a facility with lighting, sound, staging and production services from U.S. Air Arena located in Landover, MD on a sole source basis for the presentation of the Military Tattoo entitled Spirit of America. The period of rental shall be from 8 -17 June 1996. The U.S. Air Arena has been found to be the only source possessing all of the technical accomodations and support personnel to produce the Spirit of America Pageant. (The Arena facility must be in the Washington D.C., Metropolitian area). The technical requirements include telescreen service, camera equipment, lighting (spotlight, gels, etc.), staging capacity for 14,000. Only written request for this solicitation will be honored.
