The scope of work includes design, repairs, improvement, construction, quality control and inspection of 60 structures. The contract period of performance is 830 days. The following evaluation factors will be used in the selection of the firm: 1) Price, and 2) Technical; composed of building design, building engineering, material, quality and maintenance, site design and engineering, proposer's qualifications and ability to perform, and subcontracting program. Large business concerns are required to submit a Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting Plan. Award will be made to the offeror proposing the best value to the Government from a technical and price standpoint. This is a firm-fixed price type contract. The budget ceiling for this project is $5,300,000. The proposed contract is unrestricted; therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns as well as from SB and SDB concerns. The Standard Industrial Code is 1521 and the annual size standard is $17.0M. This is not a public bid opening.
