Chropuvka, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-94-0001 with the Northrop Grumman Corporation, Behtpage, New York for the design of a modification of the F-14 HARM adapter for compatibility with LAU-61 and LAU-68 rocket pods and other precision strike stores; fabrication of a prototype electrical harness and test aircraft kit, analysis and flight test support for Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River; and revised production drawings. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F-14 aircraft and the HARM adapter, Northrop Grumman is the only known source who possesses the required expertise and knowledge to provide the required effort.
