The Partial Aircrew Coordination Trainer (PACT) will add the Anti-Surface Warfare Mission capabilities to existing capabilities in order to perform designated missions. The ''NOFORN'' caveat for this requirement has been eliminated. The documents with this classification have been removed from the PACT library. Those offerors who responded to previous synopsis do not have to respond to this synopsis to remain on the bidder's.list.
