Substitutes are not acceptable but may be acceptable for future procurements after testing and approval by USPS. Award will not be delayed to obtain approval. Delivery to the Materiel Distribution Center, Topeka KS 90 days after issuance of delivery order. Solicitation will be issued on or about January 22, 1996 and offers will be due around February 22, 1996. Requests for solicitation must be in writing.
