Stolecki, Contracting Officer,(616) 961-7127 This is a combined synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in thisnotice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written Solicitation will not beused. This is a request for quotation, number SP4410-96-Q-1005. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal acquisition circular 90-34. CLIN 0001 is for 4 EA. Epson elp-3000 data/video projectionsystems. CLIN 0002 is for 1 EA. Soft shell carrying CASE for theelp-3000. CLIN 0003 is for 3 EA. Smart boards by Smart, includingconferencing software and floor stand. Quoters are to quote fobdestination. One each projection system and Smart Board will be delivered to: Blacklick, OH; Ogden, UT; and 65189 wiesbaden, Germany. One each projection system and carrying CASE shall be delivered to: Battle Creek, MI. Street addresses will be provided in the contract. Delivery shall take place NO later than 30 days after award. Acceptance shall take place at destination. FAR 52.212-1, instructions to offerors-Commercial items applies to this acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible quoter. Quoters must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, offeror representations andcertifications-Commercial items with its bid. The clause FAR 52.212-4, contract terms and conditions-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. The clause FAR 52.212-5, contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders-Commercial items, applies to this acquistion.
