Award of a 5 yr Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is contemplated to provide for Air Force wide radioactive waste disposal. This solicitation is for disposal of radioactive waste only and specificially excludes mixed and 11e(2) wastes. There are no vender/contractor service requirements in this solicitation. Potential offerors must be a disposal facility licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission or other appropriate agency and be in full compliance with all federal, state, Air Force, local and disposal site laws, rules, regulations, and criteria.
