(3) Renew: Deck Covering; #1 and #2 Boiler Shell and Tube Assemblies; Reefer Salt Water Cooling Piping and Condensers; Steam Kettle Steam Supply and Condensate Return Piping. (4) Overhaul: Warping Capstan Assembly; Anchor Windlass Assemblies, No 1 and N0 2 M.S.D. Pumps. (5) Provide Temporary Messing; Temporary Berthing; Temporary Logistics. Indefinite Items include: (1) Welding Repairs. (2) Additional Temporary Messing, Berthing and Logistics. Vessel's homeport is New Castle, NH. Vessels availability schedule is 15 Apr 1996 for 42 days. The place for performance is geographically restricted to the vessel's homeport. There will be a non-refundable charge of $100.00 required in the form of a certified check or money order payable to the U.S. Coast Guard for requested drawings. All other referenced documents are available for viewing at Building 400N, Governors Island, NY. Funds are not presently available for this procurement. The government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contractual purposes can be made.
