The District of Columbia HUD Office is seeking the services of a Single Family Properties Manager (Real Estate Asset Manager - REAM) to manage properties owned or in the custody of the Department, located in Prince Georges County, MD, the Distict of Columbia metropolitan area, and in the State of Virginia: Counties of Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Loudon, Prince William and Manassas. Offerors must have experience in performing property management duties and must have the ability to obtain all necessary licenses in each jurisdiction. Offeror must maintain facilities (or have the ability to obtain facilities) which provide reasonably convenient services to HUD and its clients in the area to be serviced.
