The intent is to determine if there are unknown potential contractors who have the skills and knowledge required to accomplish the following effort: Provide On-Call Logistics Support (CLS) of various F-16 Maintenance Trainers. The acquisition will include CLS for one basic year with four additional option years. Subject trainers were designed, manufactured and logistically supported by three different companies: Hughes Training Inc., ECC International, and Environmental Tectonics Corporation. The acquisition will require on-call technical/maintenance support, telephone support, depot repair, technical data maintenance, maintenance of the Recompetition Support Package (RSP), and the ability to accomplish modifications resulting from engineering change orders.
