The General Services Administration is seeking sources for design, development and delivery of a 2-3 day training course for the Public Building Service's Regional Account Managers. The course is to be a customized course on account management skills and techniques. The focus of PBS account management is on development of strategic level partnerships with customers rather than a traditional sales account approach. Subject matter knowledge and expertise in industry best practices for account management is required for development of course materials. Training and facilitation skills are also required for course delivery. Prospective vendors are to provide qualifications, references and a capability statement. All vendors must provide proof of a fully operational office facility within 50 miles of the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
