Project is for services in developing and implementing a private sector outreach program for the Recreation Partnership Initiative (RPI). The intent of the program is to cause private developers to lease property at nine Corps water resource projects identified in Texas, Pennsylvania, Kansas and Montana. To accomplish this objective, a Request for Proposal will be issued to solicit offers from qualified consultants. Proposals will be evaluated on the following factors: (1) experience in providing market data for recreation developments in Texas, Pennsylvania, Kansas and Montana; (2) analyzing requirements for recreation-based real estate development; (3) qualifications and experience of key and staff personnel in analyzing requirements for recreation-based real estate development; (4) qualifications and experience with real estate development in Texas, Pennsylvania, Kansas and Montana; (5) capacity to accomplish the required work in the least amount of time, (6) performance of a sample task, and price.
