The work consists of construction of a 21,000 SF pre-engineered building with a 2,500 SF mezzanine. Work also includes site clearing, grading, excavation, backfill, and compacting, gravelfills, water distribution system, sanitary sewage system, paving, parking improvements, and storm drainage system. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The period of performance is 480 calendar days. The acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Amendment 003 will be issued on or about February 26, 1996. Due to extensive changes in the solicitation and specifications, Amendment 003 will consist of a completely revised solicitation and specification documents. Bidders who have previously requested a copy of the solicitation documents need not request them again. Bidders that have not previously requested a copy of the documents may do so in writing. The IFB and Construction specification documents will be issued on double-sided, high-density DOS-formatted 3.5 inch floppy diskettes. The IFB and specifications are formatted using WordPerfect 5.1. Drawings will be provided on hardcopy.
