Skipper (912)767-1868 (Site Code DAKF10) The Army requires a contract to Construct 3,750 Square Foot Vehicle Maintenance Facility, Fort Stewart, Georgia. Building will include maintenance bays, offices, break area, and rest rooms. Site preparation will include the removal of a portion of an asphalt parking lot. Construction will be pre-engineered steel building with metal siding and roofing. Interior construction will be metal stud walls, painted gypsum wallboard, painted concrete masonry unit walls, doors and frames, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, and vinyl composition tile flooring. Construction will also include the installation of new power, lighting, HVAC, and fire alarm systems. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance shall be completed within 110 calendar days after contractor receives notice to proceed. All business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for this solicitation.
