Performance is 300 calendar days. This notice is for Solicitation F41650-96-B-0406, 1 Job Lump Sum. The magnitude of the proposed project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Tentative date of issue is 28 Feb 96 with a tentative opening date of 31 Mar 96. Pre-solicitation notices were issued 23 Jan 96. The proposed acquisition listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Interested small business concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing written notice to the contracting office above evidence of capability to perform (including references for similar work with telephone number, points of contract and contract numbers). Evidence of capability includes experience in the specific construction area advertised as well as bonding capability. If adequate interest is not received from small business concerns, the solicitation will be issued as full & open competition without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns as well as from small business concerns.
