Smokemeter - Optical Smokemeter to include sampling unit with photo detection equipment and electronic control host including calibration facility. Unit shall be used to sample jet engine combustor exhaust to determine the smoke content of the exhaust. Manufacturer: Rotadata, Model No: UT1518. Smokemeter specs: Measurement range of 0-80 SAE smoke meter units; analog output 0-5 VDC; serial output RS232 (D type connector; remote control of all functions through RS232 serial port (D type connector); response time of less than 10 seconds; resolution of less than 0.1 SAE smoke units or 1.75MV from detector; repeatability of +/-1% at 5% attenuation level; zero stability of +/-1% of 5% attenuation level; span drift of +/-1% at 5% attenuation level; power - 240/110 volts at 50/60HZ; shall be 19 inch rack mountable; unit shall be electronically controlled; ambient temperature range of 0-50 DEG C.; sample flowrate of 4 liters per minute. Award shall be made based on best value to the Government, with consideration given to price, delivery, past performance, warranties and other considerations of value.
