Contractor is responsible for costs associated with the containerization and delivery of supplies to the point of exportation (POE) in the Continental United States. The Government will be responsible for delivery of supplies from the POE to Commissary locations throughout the Pacific Region. The wide assortment of operational supplies include seven general categories: 1) Grocery Paper Bags, 2) Vinyl Shelf Labels/Thermal Scale Labels, 3) Plastic Front End Grocery Bags and Produce Bags, 4) Polystyrene Meat Trays, 5) Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Plastic Meat Wrap Film, 6) Printer Equipment Supplies and 7) Miscellaneous Supplies. Evaluation of the bid for all categories will be evaluated on an all or none basis.
