The AEGIS Training Center (ATC), Dahlgren, Virginia requires support in the following areas: combat system engineering, automated information systems, training technology, training evaluation, manpower/personnel/training issue analysis and administrative assistance, engineering and training analysis of existing and proposed curricula, and technical assistance in the on-going development of technical publications. Primary support shall be provided to the Command Staff and AEGIS Education Center (AEC) located at the Dahlgren, Virginia site. Additionally, on-site support will be located at Norfolk, VA and San Diego, CA to support all East and West Coast AEGIS Training Units (ATUs), AEGIS Training Support Groups (ATSGs), and Combat System Support Groups (CSSGs), which currently include the following locations: ATU Moorestown, NJ, ATU Wallops Island, VA and ATSGs at the following locations: Mayport, FL, St. Inigoes, MD, Pearl Harbor, HI, Yokosuka, JA, Philadelphia, PA, and Pascagoula, MS. Period of performance will be five years, including any options, commencing 1 October 1996. RFP will be released early March 1996 and will close forty-five days following date of issuance. An Organizational Conflict of Interest Clause as defined by FAR 9.5 will be included in the RFP and the resultant contract.
