The intent is to determine if there are unknown potential contractors who have the skills and knowledge required to accomplish Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the E-3 Airborne Warning and Contral System (AWACS) maintenance trainers, and for the AN/GSN-T3 Visual Flight Rule (VFR) Control Simulator. This acquisition will consist of one basic year with four additional option years. Any sources interested in this synopsis shall describe their qualifications in the following areas: 1. Current and past experience on all training devices addressed above and it's relevance to the subject acquisition. 2. Equipment and configuration management. 3. Modification of both hardware and software of training devices and support equipment. 2. Objectives: Define and manage the operation, maintenance and logistics support of the E-3 and the T-3. Including instructors support of the operation of the training devices.
