U.S, Fish and Wildlife Service will issue a janitorial contract for the Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge headquarters offices, bunkhouse, and trailer office space, in King Salmon Alaska, for the period of March 1, 1996, through September 30, 1996. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded with options for extending the contract for an additional four years. This procurement is reserved for small business firms. King Salmon, Alaska, is a remote area with very little labor force. Award is contingent on the availability of funds for FY96.
