The Postal Service is issuing Request for Proposals for design/build of a new 156,000 sq ft USPS Owned Processing & Distribution Facility in Terre Haute, IN. It is intended to award a cost reimbursable design/build contract. Design work beyond the 30% phase and/or the commencement of construction shall not occur without the written authorization of the Contracting Officer, and is subject to project approval. Plans and specifications will be provided to the prequalified firms only. Subcontractors must contact the firms listed. Offers will not be publicly opened. The Postal Service reserves the right to reject any or all offers. Until award of the contract, the number of proposals received, the identity of the offerors, the amount of any offer or the relative standing of offers will not be disclosed.
