Work consists of providing all materials, labor, tools and equipment necessary to complete the specified work, including the removal of deteriorated paint from all exterior painted wood surfaces including but not only limited to cornices, fasciae, soffits, siding, barge boards, posts, railings, porch flooring, spindle, ceilings and steps, skirting, lattice, windows and doors. Ornamental woodwork will require delicate spot removal and stripping as required. The estimated cost is between $25,000.00 to $100,000.00.
