The work consists of demoliiton and related site work and includes demolition of buildings 147 and 175. Demolition shall include superstructure, foundation and associated sturctures for 2 wooden stuctures on a pier and beam foundation. All metal on exterior and in mechanical rooms shall be salvaged for the government. All utilities shall be caped. Portable building shall be relocated. Irrigation system shall be installed and turf established. Contractor shall install landscape lighting to illuminate adjacent building. The SIC Code/Size standard is 1795/$7.0 Million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is being issued as UNRESTRICTED, open to both large and small businesses, IAW Public law and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
