Timmermann, Phone (703)604-6100 Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Grumman Aerospace Corporation, South Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, New York, 11714 for the procurement of three Mission Computer Upgrade (MCU) Engineering Development Models (EDMs) and their associated software and loading devices for the E-2C Aircraft. Grumman is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the E-2C and is the only company with the technical expertise and intimate knowledge of the E-2C to support this requirement.
