On behalf of the government planning agency, we would like to invite companies, either local or foreign, which satisfy the conditions mentioned below, to participate in the procurement cases of site selection project (Case No. CAFRS85001). The conditions of participation are as follows: 1. Have the ability to manufacture or integrate a reconnaissance system equipment. 2. Have the extensive experience in conducting the project management and logistic support in compliance with the military standards. 3. Have the potential to conduct the quality assurance and gain the certification of ISO-9001 within two years. 4. Have the potential to conduct the environmental assurance and gain the BS7750 certification within two years and join the Eco-Management & Audit Scheme or similar scheme as the project coordinator. 5. Should obtain the technical data and equipment export license of the manufacturers' governments. We sincerely welcome the participation of companies which meet the above conditions.
