NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center intends to issue RFQ5-67457/984, on a sole source basis to University of New Hampshire, 111 Service Building; 51 College Rd.; Durham, NH 03824, for the acquisition of digitization of 4310 analog data tapes from the P78-1 satellite digital data provided to High Energy Astrophysics Science Archive Research Center (HEASARC) on 4mm tape. The University of New Hampshire is the only known source who can support the Goddard Space Flight Center with the transfer of data. The University of New Hampshire has background experience and expertise in working with NASA groups on analog tape digitization. All responsible sources may respond by submitting a technical narrative statement of their capability, including information and other technical literature, demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirements within 15 days of the publication of this notice to the above address.
