The Office of Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (OCHAMPUS) will be procuring peer review services. The requirement is for a one month transition period with five one-year options. The Start Work date is scheduled for October 1, 1996. The contract will be firm fixed price. The offeror will be required to perform peer review (also known as medical review) of cases to ascertain the medical necessity, quality of care, appropriateness of treatment and level of care.
