The Forest Service requires exclusive use of (2) rotor wing light helicopters with operators for services to provide fire support and other duties during the fire season on the Lolo and Bitterroot National Forests. Contract time is estimated to be between 90 and 60 calendar days respectively. Work is estimated to start on June 15, 1996. Bids are due March 13, 1996. The Government has the option to renew the contract for 2 additional one year periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
