Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be constructed in the Town/Village of Naples, NY. The preferred area is bounded as follows: on the north by the intersection of Rte. 21 & Rte. 245; on the east by East Ave; on the south by the intersection of Rte. 21 & Rte. 53; and on the west by West Ave. Space requirements are for either existing space of about 3,500 sf with 30 customer parking spaces or, for a new construction leased facility, about 3,500 sf on a site size of about 45,000 sf, with the same parking as above.
