Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be constructed in the Village of Hemlock, NY. The preferred area is bounded as follows: on the north by Rte. 20A; on the east by Rte. 20A; on the south by Rixhill Rd; and on the west by Rte. 15A (Main St.).
