Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be constructed in the Village of Hemlock, NY. The preferred area is bounded as follows: on the north by Rte. 20A; on the east by Rte. 20A; on the south by Rixhill Rd; and on the west by Rte. 15A (Main St.). Space requirements are for either existing space of about 1,760 sf with 20 customer parking spaces or, for a new construction leased facility, about 1,760 sf on a site size of about 35,000 sf, with the same parking as above. The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years with four five-year renewal options for new construction and ten years with four five-year options for existing or renovated space. Proposals will be received through March 8, 1996, and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and in accordance with the official advertisement for space.
