Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, mobilization and demobilization required to renovatean existing Administration Building to provide office facilities, and the Boathouse to provide male/female wetroom facilities, and construct a new Maintenance Building at Sandy Hook. The work includes building demolition, hazardous materials abatement,earthwork, site utilities, site lighting, paving, landscaping, concrete, steel and masonry building construction, roofing, interior finishes, floor coverings, plumbing, HVAC and fire suppression systems, and power, fire alarm, communications and datasystems.
