The primary effort is to provide all the necessary labor, equipment and material to refurbish/renovate specific areas of Building 256. This will include general construction, mechanical, and electric disciplines. Also included is some asbestos removal, refurbish existing fire protection system, install 1 or 2 new roll-up power doors, and replace existing HVAC system with a new HVAC system. Estimate range for the total effort is between $500,000 & $1,000,000. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors. $35 non-refundable fee payable to Alliant Techsystems must be submitted with written request to obtain plans and specifications.
