Renovation work consists of new floors and wall finishes, new cabinets; bathroom renovation; door replacement; new rooms, new lighting, upgrade of existing electrical panels; replacement of defective plumbing fixtures and new grilles. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 1522. The size standard for this SIC code is: $17.0. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Plans and specifications are available on or about 20 Feb 96 at a cost $16.00 for specifications (text only); and $8.00 for half-size drawings. Full size drawings are not available. Because a limited number of sets will be reproduced, copies are limited to one set per firm.
