The basic contract will include providing wooden fencing, concrete patios, and landscaping for 345 units in four different housing areas and the option work will include providing wooden fencing, concrete patios, and landscaping for 396 units in one housing area. During the performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Source selection procedures will be used.
