Work includes but is not limited to: Replace an existing underground steam distribution system between Manholes #1 and #3. System includes all components such as piping, insulation, protective enclosures, valves, expansion devices, corrosion protection, anchors, seals, and accessories. Also, included is the installation of shut-off valves in Manholes #1 and #3, which are tied into the existing steam distribution system. SIC CIDE is 1542. Only twenty-five (25) sets of specifications and drawings are available on a first come first serve basis and upon written request to the attention of the Contracting Officer. Price Range: $25,000 to $100,000. Estimated Issue Date: On or about February 15, 1996. Estimated Pre-Bid Conference: February 29, 1996, 10:30 AM in the rear of Bldg. 21, Voluntary Service.
