Hager at (404)842-6553 Z- Presolicitation Notice: Provide all labor, materials and equipment for reroofing approximately 400 square feet of roof area at the CDC Facility, Building No. 10, Atlanta, Georgia. Work includes, but is not limited to, complete tear off of existing roof down to lightweight concrete fill material; replacement or repair of roofing accessories such as perimeter nailers, gravel stops, flashing and counter flashing, roof drains, vents, etc.; placement of lightweight insulating concrete fill; and installation of new torch applied modified bitumen roofing system. The estimated cost range of this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000 and is SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION. This project was designed in metric and will be constructed and inspected entirely in metric.
