Project is to take place at the Old Federal Building in Bismarck, North Dakota. Scope of Work: Replace all existing building roofing systems (tile, built-up roofing, standing seam copper). Area where built-up roofing now exists will be replaced with single ply membrane, mechanically fastened. Copper roofing will be replaced with similar system. Clay tile is to be removed and stored while roof deck and gutter are being inspected and repaired if necessary. Original tile is to be reused and supplemented with spare tile now in stock and new tile if needed. Estimated cost range is $250,000 to $500,000.
