Associated data shall be in accordance with the DD Form 1423's.F.O.B. Destination is required. Inspection shall be performed at contractor's plant with final acceptanceat destination.. Iniitial delivery shall begin within 335 days from effective date of contract with finaldelivery of Option 4 within 665 dasy from effective date of contract. If First Article is waived theInitial delivery shall begin within 100 days from effective date of contract with final delivery of Option 4within 430 days from effective date of contract.
