58 -- THERMAL IMAGERS SOL N00164-96-R-0042 DUE 032096 POC Contact Mr Jim Sheetz, PH 812-854-3518, FAX 812-854-5095, (Contracting Officer, Mr. Alan Banks) Thermal Imager which must be compatible with and able to be integrated into a VISTAR IM405 Night Vision System. This contract will be used to buy not less than 4 EACH Thermal Imagers and not more than 16 EACH Thermal Imagers, and spare parts. Thermal Imagers will be deliverable 90 days after issuance of delivery order. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, IN 47522-5001. This shall be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract for a duration of not more than 5 years. Other than Full and Open Competition shall be used in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
