Requirement exists for the design, purchase and installation of a C-5 Airbus push-back seat rack storage system with the following storage capacity: pallet size: 108''W x 80''D x 31''H; Pallet weight: 1000-1500 lbs each; capacity: 54 pallets (31'' to 36'' high)/18 pallets on top row to 96'' high; total storage capacity is 72 pallets. System shall include rack framing with hardware. Can be disassembled and moved to any military base, designed to meet seismic codes anywhere in the country. Capability to be used as push-back rack or flow rack, depending on the placement of the system within facility. Conveyor flow rails shall incorporate a braking system designed specifically for pallets, to prevent run-away pallets and unsafe conditions. Structural beams shall have welded connectors at various drops, maintaining proper flow and maximum strength. Shall be able to remove single pallets or three pallets simultaneously. Heavy duty steel rollers with scaled bearings shall be maintenance free, adjustable roller shelves to accommodate different pallet heights, all levels to be furnished with conveyor roll tracks, including the rear. All roll tracks to include stops on front and back. All storage levels to include guide rails on both sides. Dimensions for Pallet Flow Rack: Overall height: 14'; height of each level is 36''; split between levels is 6'', width of each level is 113'', overall width of rack system is 60'10 3/4'', overall depth is 20'.
