A -- STATEMENT OF WORK, ''ARPA COMPTROLLER SUPPORT'' SOL DAAH01-96-R-R011 DUE 031896 POC (RDPC) Patsy C. The U.S. Army Missile Command, as agent for the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA), seeks to procure through full and open competition, ARPA Comptroller Support. The requirement consists of four (4) distinct tasks to be performed by the contractor: Task 1 for Data Analysis and Data Entry Support consists of performing database management functions to ensure data integrity and expeditious processing and recording of financial documents. Task 2 for Budget Analyst Support consists of varied analytical tasks performed on a routine or by exception basis. Task 3 for Program Analyst Support consists of providing program support, including database updates and liaison between the Comptroller's Office and technical office personnel. Task 4 for Administrative Support consists of administrative budgetary support, including copying and filing, word processing, typing, documentation, phone coverage, database update, spread sheet manipulation and maintenance, and other financial management support. A CPFF Term (level of effort) contract is anticipated for a 3-year base effort consisting of 19 person years each year. Two (2) additional option years are planned consisting of 19 person years each year. Further, the 3 base years and 2 options years will each contain a range option for up to 10 additional person years each year. This effort must be performed by U.S. Citizens and be performed 100 percent by the prime contractor. Offerors must conform to an Organizational Conflict of Interest clause.
